We currently ship New Zealand-wide from our base in Wānaka, with flat-rate shipping to keep things simple.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

• Flat Rate NZ Shipping: $7.50 NZD
• FREE Shipping on orders over $100
• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and shipped via tracked courier
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location

Local Delivery

We don’t currently offer local pickup.

Order Tracking 

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on the move.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help sort it out.
