At Align Wellness, we take pride in offering premium, physiotherapist-designed recovery tools. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Please note:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
